Status: offline 		Kinda annoyed this morning. Our postal system really sucks rotten eggs. Ordered my kilt 2 weeks ago...got email saying it was shipped out this past monday from Montreal. Now it's friday and the bloody thing still ain't here....freck, what's it doing being delivered by pony express????  WTF?

  Preaching to the choir here, Nummy-Bear.... My monthly cheque was sent Priority mail from Idaho 2 weeks ago and it's still not here. Tracking has shown that it gets out of the States within a few days but then somewhere between Customs and Canada Post, fuck it, it gets here when it gets here.

I once had a Canada Post carrier tell me that there simply is no time guarantee here, so if I sent someone in the same city as me a card, it could be there in 2 days or 2 weeks. The only way to get it on time is to use something like a certified Express Mail. Or FedEx.

Status: offline 		Rain....my parcel was sent Express Post from Montreal monday, which means it is "supposed" to be 2 - 3 days the most to get here

Status: offline 		  But Wednesday was a holiday and we all know how workers are here about their "holidays"..... good gravy, the people who had to work at Lumus' place just bitched all day and yesterday too. I was there in the office listening to a couple of people bitching about how stupid and fucked up the government was for having Canada Day on a Wednesday. Uhhhh, hello? Idiots? It's July 1st, and the government can't change the calendar just to suit your wish for a long weekend.

Status: offline 		Go figure! I heard a news report that there's a group who want to petition the government to change the Canada Day holiday to be on the first Friday in July and not have it always in the 1st. Bah...

update>>>>>I am soooooooooooooo  blonde...yeah you heard it right! My parcel did arrive early this morning. Seems the roomie had it sitting in the front porch and forgot to let me know.

Status: offline 		Somebody in this house is in major trouble. My back has been killing me the last couple of weeks. Two days ago I checked the lumbar cushions in my car to discover the settings have been changed. In just these two days the pain has gone away. This is my car and I do not allow people to play with the lumbar cushions. In fact, if and when the car dies I have the intention of bringing the seat into the house, that's how great it is.

If they own up to this dastardly deed, they will regret it.
