Status: offline 		Ya know. . . every year I call our friend that we have turkey day with and ask if there is anything particular he would like in addition to the current menu.  Every year he tells me, "No.  It sounds good to me."  And so every year I tell him, "Well, if your Thanksgiving is RUINED because I do not fix something that you wanted, it is ALL YOUR FAULT!"  Then he laughs at me. 

Men.  *sigh*

Back before I acknowledged my inner nerd, I was a design major.  'Tweren't any CAD stuff back then.  Spent lots of time chained to the drafting table.

Although I was a ham radio operator at the time....a minor level of nerdishness.

Status: offline 		And the job is going okay.....I'm trying hard not to bop my trainer...he's confusing me by telling me to stop doing something and then turns around and HE does it!  He's trying to make me use the CAD the way he does....and I detest the way he does it......he writes all the crap down on a piece of paper, then enters it....wastes all sorts of time.  All I have to do is get thru him....I know he's trying to help, and he does have a lot of good info, but he needs to realize that not everyone is going to do this job like him......and that I'm not a total newbie to the job.  I do miss the 4-10 schedule, working 5 days a week suuuuucks!
