i am making egg noodles from scratch because these yahoos down here dont stock frozen Reams noodles....SOOOO

All the recipes call for fractions of eggs....like 3 and 3/4.....HOW IN THE HOLY HELL DO I DETERMINE what 3/4 of an egg is????

Please help me....im going to have to make them today.....or the holidays are RUINED....sniffle, wail, stomp off to my room to cry......

take a hard boiled egg and cut it into four pieces.

Status: offline 		not tanked. exhausted. i'm going for a kinesiology (sp?) session tomorrow in the hopes it will lessen the grip stress has on me.

i should be in bed.

i always do thanksgiving in it's entirety because it's not a holiday here and they don't know how to do things thanksgiving-ish.

only 1 more week til the family go home. they are a part of my stress. i'll miss them, but i really want a little time to myself when i can be massively antisocial.

Perse...that is a tricky one. What size eggs do they call for and what size eggs do you have?

If you can beat the egg and measure it, you can determine the amount...otherwise i would toss the whole thing in and have a glass of wine.

im very progressive, but 721 am seems a bit early to start in on the wine....but if its HollyRecommended, what can i do?

By the time she gets to zero bottles of beer, the food is either ready or she doesn't care if it's not
