ORIGINAL: BKSir Hey Aylee. :) For the most part, good. Car battery is dead for some reason, that's odd and annoying, but nothing that can't be easily overcome. Hungry, sleepy, but that's normal. BUT I got to talk with GT on the phone last night, so that was all kinds of awesome. How you been? :) Aylee advice: After you jump the battery take it to be tested, it could be your alternator (did I spell that correctly?) anyway an auot parts store can tell you easy-peasy. Hungry and sleepy? It is possible that you need a daily afternoon snack. Something like a small baked potato between two and three. The lack of sun can really affect your energy levels. Also make sure that you are getting at least 7 hours of good sleep at night. Even if you have to give yourself a bedtime. If you have trouble falling asleep, let me know, as a long time insomniac I know a lot of things that can help and hinder that. One other thing, make sure you are getting some exercise everyday. Even if this is walking around the block. I know that it is cold, but fresh air is important. So is getting the blood moving. There are lots of little ways to add this into your life with minimal effort! GT is pretty awesome. Except when you come ALL the way to Tampa and she says that she is too sick to come out and play. I am happy to hear that you two had a chance to talk! Aylee's advice time is now up.
