Actually, I didn't think that book was worth reading. It seemed like a hand-holdy book for reluctant female submissives, girls who has finally deduced they were submissive and were so scared that they're creepy perverts that they can't get out of bed. Using soft, florid, romantic language, she coaxes scared submissives into accepting that BDSM is okay and fun. She uses extended metaphors about how submission is a dark garden, a shadowy garden, full of different random exotic flowers. She goes into a lot of detail about how awesome her master is and her own specific fantasys: I felt these things were very specific and didn't apply to me a whole hell of a lot. In any niche market, it sometimes is easy to get published if you write a 101. At least, that's how this book felt to me.
