If it is meant to tantalise and entice, yes its sexy. If its a just a ruse to use you for other means, its deception.

The act of teasing, done correctly appeals on many levels. To me, the fun is in the game, just as much as the happy ending. That said, there is a point were a turn on becomes a turn off. Like most good things it is possible to overdo it and turn the attraction into distain.

When I was 18 years old and in college for the first time I had a really close female friend that lived in my building. We started by being just friends, and as we got closer I became more and more attracted to her and she became a HUGE cocktease as we began flirting more and more in our day to day lives. I used to interpret those through my own lense of need, whereas nowadays I am much more likely to see them as people in need of...me. :)

Status: offline 		I'm not sure I've ever encountered a stereotypical "cocktease."  In general I've heard it used as a pejorative by men to mean something like "hot woman who won't sleep with me."  

What I think it's *supposed* to mean is a woman who gets off on causing men to get excited, and then frustrating them.  Yes, this can be sexy in a femdom way, if it's done in a deliberate, individualized fashion.  I love the "teasing and denial" dynamic.  A woman who went out of her way to get me excited frequently but only allowed me to actually cum rarely could probably get me to do just about anything. :) 

On the other hand, if she played the game of letting me believe she was interested in me sexually and that fulfillment was just around the corner in order to get me to spend money on her or do her favors, with no real intention of ever following through -- that I would consider unethical behavior, and I think the term "cocktease" in the negative sense would apply.  (She's also be in for a major disappointment, given the state of my bank account...)

It may seem tricky to define the difference, but I guess for me there's a consensual aspect to it.  In the first example, the woman doing the teasing-and-denial *is* actually fulfilling one of my fantasies, so even if I never actually orgasm, there is gratification of a sort.  In the second, she's just using me.  It's sorf of like the difference between consensual S&M and spousal abuse: either can involve beating a partner, but there's a world of difference between them.  Does that make sense?

Status: offline 		Oh, as for the "cuckold" thing -- that's not precisely a fantasy of mine as such, but I have some forms of it.   Being kept as a maid, in chastity, by a dominant couple (preferably lesbian, possibly straight) is definitely a favorite image.  In that scenario, though, I'm not so much deliberately teased -- it's just made clear that my sexual needs are irrelevant.  (Whether I am used or not to fulfill any of their own sexual needs.)    The particular scenario I love to imagine is one where I am kept in a chastity device that keeps me "tucked" and only 'released' when bound and blindfolded, so that I never get to touch or even see my own genitals; this is done regularly for hygeine and I am occasionally 'milked' for health purposes, but orgasms would be just frequent enough to keep my hopes up....
