For the slutty outfits, wander over to your nearest JoAnn Fabrics and look in the Halloween costumes section. They've got slutty schoolgirl, French maid, all sorts of things like that. They also at least used to have some World War II-era women's military outfits that I could see being super-hot in an interrogation scene. And depending on what you're defining as "kinky clothing," some regular patterns can be spiced up by changing the fabric. Some of them sell PVC-type or leather fabric by the yard in all sorts of colors which can usually be substituted in for whatever fabric the pattern calls for, although keep in mind you may have to adjust it if you're trying to use it in place of a stretchy knit fabric. But keep in mind that sewing on leather and PVC may require the use of upholstery thread or a heavier-weight thread and special needles for your sewing machine... using one meant for regular cotton fabric will probably snap off the minute you try to send some leather through it. Edited to add: if you're looking for corsets, I believe it's Butterick that has a metric ass-ton of historical costuming patterns in their Costumes section, including an amazing assortment of Victorian and Renaissance-style corsets.
