in general, the inability to compensate space for an erection or a cause of pain from any such case will cause you to lose the erection, simple as that.

in a case where an attempted erection is forced, discomfort can be expected, forced 'anything' tends to have that effect.

the whole principal of chastity devices isn't to make getting an erection painful though, it's to stop you from being able to get an erection; the stuff you see such as the item with teeth hardly classify as chastity and are simply torture devices as they don't actually prevent anything from occuring, they instead make you 'pay for it' if it does occur; at best it's an attempt at psychological chastity, which is comparative to saying the concept of having children is a method of birth control. looking at things psychologically though, just having something like that on and always feeling a sensation that pulls your attention to it will probably trigger far more erections than it'll prevent.

When I hear/read talk about chastity, especially for prolonged periods, I always wonder whether anyone into chastity worry about the "if you don't use it, you lose it" theory, and whether it matters. M

Yes it is the one from AL. I bought it from a popular website. When I get a new cage I may sell it, and get something like the gates of hell chastity. Because my job can be rather physical and I can not wear it all the time.

I've worn a CB3000 for most of the last year, though I'm usually let out every few days and sometimes have a few days off. I don't find it's uncomfortable to get aroused while wearing it, unless my Mistress has made me wear the tweely-named `points of intrigue', which can be very painful. I can come while wearing the CB and, again, I wouldn't say that hurts, though it's not very comfortable. Wearing a correctly-adjusted device is important, though -- I used to wear a smaller ring on the CB and found that arousal was uncomfortable-to-painful after, say, fifteen minutes.

As for `use it or lose it', I find I get extremely hard when I'm allowed out, probably moreso than I did before. There's no muscle involved in erection (it's entirely a blood pressure thing) so there shouldn't be any physiological problem there. Orgasm, however, does involve muscles, to force the semen out, but Googling for `male kegel exercises' and, more importantly, doing the exercises will help prevent muscle atrophy there.
