OK…so just to gather the sites people suggested all in one place: __________________________________________________________________________________ For those new to Gor, or at least to this forum, these threads address Frequently Asked Questions: For those wishing to learn about Gor Starting FAQ Thread Everything you wanted to know about Goreans, but were afraid to ask The Newcomer What is beyond the simple definition of "What is this Gor stuff all about?" might interest those with Gor experience/knowledge, as might Honor, Code, and your Life. You can also find a host of discussions on specific points--in the upper right hand corner is a "search" link. Click it, and you'll see you can make it specific to the Gorean board, as well as narrow your search to Topics only and in a variety of other ways. Some other threads you might find useful: Here is a link to a list of the Gor books Where can I find the Gor books? Silk and Steel also has a good "WHAT IS GOR: THE FUNDAMENTAL BASICS" thread. Lots of people have questions about how slaves are considered livestock in the books. This thread, Livestock, Gor, BDSM, Vanilla, and Reading the Books, discusses that issue. Here too are thread links addressing common questions about Gor and love and BDSM vs. Gor. Question--should the Gor as a religious movement thread be here? It does address a Gor question...on the other hand, it's not really something that comes up regularly.
