my question is for women - how does it feel to wear double dildo panties for a long period of time? Is it arousing even after several hours? What are your experiences?

Pondering over.  I think that unless you were in certain positions, such as standing or lying down, it would be FRELLING uncomfortable.  Your insides would shift around in unexpected ways, there would be the whole lubrication issue, altogether, a way better idea than reality.

I've seen the 'toy' you're talking about, but haven't ever used it, nor would I want to. I agree with those who said try it yourself and write about the experience. Even if someone tells you what it feels like, it won't be the same as experiencing it for yourself.
