If you were in the US I would say go Locked In Steel. Can you get on something other than a commercial flight and make it to the states for a few days or a week ?
You could also go to Tollyboy in England or Neosteel in Germany, but both are more expensive. Neosteel already has a remote education shield for the rear, that gets into some money though. With the conversion rate now you would not be getting the best of deals, although they are among the best of belts. The only class that might be better is those sold to Arab Sheiks and whatever. Tollyboy does a bit of that, but there are others of whom the rest of us are unaware as they don't always trade publicly.
