A year ago, on Valentine's Day the collar was placed around my neck. In July I moved accross the state to be near him, just before Christmas I moved in with him (due to a big fat hole in my celing letting my gas heat the entire city). So far so good, the only down side is that I am horribly underemployed right now.

So thinking of the upcoming Halmark Holiday that now actually means something to me, I thought about the only thing I can pull off this year is going through a box store or the craft store I work at and picking up items that are generally not toys but can be utilized as such. Of course I could re-wrap Justine by deSade as he hasn't finished it yet *snork*.

Anyway, as per usual, I am drawing a blank at what can be utilized besides duct tape (how about a cool hot pink) wooden spoons or hair brushes. He will not only understand if I don't spend alot, but he would be upset if I spent too much, but I still want to show some thought.

Hmm what are you good at? For example I am fairly good at descriptive writing and one of my most appriciated gift was a sort of journal another was simply all of our emails collected together. For my sister I wrote a story, they take time to do but they show more emotion than a cheap card, if he likes music you could make a Cd or paint a picture or sew something or take some photos.

duh, he so told me the other day that he wants me to make a rennisiance type nightgown, I could so totally do that in a month.

See-- the stuff is in my brain but sometimes it doesn't connect, I was trying to think of something I could knit for him, except he doesn't like knitted things.

Ohh that sounds really cool

Hmmm, a good question. Last Valentines i was completely broke and i gave Master a card that i had spent quite some time making. i think He liked it as it is still up in Oour bedroom. He however, outdid Himself and gave me diamond stud earings at a few seconds past midnight as He couldn't wait!

This is an important anniversary for you now and however you mark it, your Sir will know it is from a special place in your heart. i am myself wondering what to give my own Master this year........will be watching this thread with interest!

I have no idea but maybe a card or some of those home made gift certs that are good for things you can provide him like anal,head,massage,foot rub etc...

When I was with my former Dom he was away on Valentines. I sent him a package that had some photos of me in them, some chocolate candy, several cards that expressed how I felt for him. I also took a tissue and sprayed it with my cologne, put it in a small zipper bag and wrote I love You on it. He said it wasn't what was in the box that made him love me, it was the love that went into it. I bought Valentine paper and wrapped each one individually. Damn, now I am depressed...still wonder why he had to be a liar!! Well, anyways, I hope whatever you choose; your Master will love it. As long as it is from the heart~~it will be loved! I promise...and you don't have to spend a lot of money either. ,;;

I ran into that over Christmas. My funds were not allocating me buying presents, so Sir told me to make people presents. I got big time into making cookies and I made him a special runeblind talisman.

Valentines cookies in a big box, with pink duct tape and a wooden spoon inside the box of cookies would make nice presents:)

Is there something that you could make for him that can't be gotten easily? For example, I have a very close male friend who won't let me spend money on him for gifts. As he happens to be diabetic, this past Christmas I was able to find his favorite cookies in the sugar free variety and hand dipped them in sugar free chocolate. He loved them and has dropped several not so subtle hints that he would like me to make some more for him.

Or maybe you could make him a a personalized book of porn that goes along with the things you were mentioning getting him. For example, the pink duct tape and a short story of the evil perverse things you might like him to do with the pink duct tape?

I once gave an ex for Valentines a box of little cards (the super cheap cards), and I wrote a note about how I loved him on each one. And I filled it up with kisses. He said that it was the sweetest thing any one had given him.

Zippers are easy to make and only require twine and clothespins.Floggers can be made from anything like old inner tubes cut up to masonry twine.

Other times it is just the thought that really does count.

asked for versus freely offered, huge difference, especially if it is something the submissive really doesn't like to do or isn't normally asked to do.
