So, our roommate signing on her house and gave us 30 days. It will be sad to see her go, but we are ready to open our home to someone else.
We live in Downtown Houston. It is a 2100 sqft warehouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will have the common area bathroom, but it has access from your room. It is more or less your private bathroom since we don't have a lot of outside guests.
You will have half a closet that is outside the bathroom. The other half will eventually house a washer and dryer, but doesn't at this time.
Rent is $450 per month
A third of the utilities
Pets are negotiable, but you must be cat friendly we have some
Kinky - please be that ;)
