It occurred to me that this might be a good place to advertise this. The house is owned by my sinister and I, I am extremely kink aware and she is slightly kink aware and acceptive of differing lifestyles (did I invent another word now ?).
This is the upstairs of a converted single, seperate entry, seperate utilities. One bedroom, eat in kitchen, modern. Near the major highways and fairly close to public transit. Relatively quiet area and quite secure upstairs. Sorry, NO PETS NO KIDS. This excludes fish and birds.
Will be available sometime mid July. Rent is $500 or $480 if you agree to a one year lease. Security is same as rent and we prefer that to be paid by personal check. Credit check applies, but if you had good credit and got caught in a recent foreclosure we will not hold that against you. If you have always had bad credit you might be denied or required to pay a higher deposit. MUST BE EMPLOYED, sorry no federal government employees. (I really would like to wisecrack about that but business is business, but there are reasons). Other than that I don't care what you are. You could be Tim the reporter with Uncle Martin the martian for all I care, but stowing his spaceship is your problem.
Note that we are not charging first month, last month plus security, that would be $1,500 and really if you can lay that much out you could probably buy a house these days. This would be nice for a single person or a couple. With reasonable people we will be reasonable.
Livingroom smallish but adequate - 12X13. Kitchen defiititely is eat in, and will have stove a fridge supplied, and possibly other things like a microwave if you want. Bedroom is narrow but big enough for a queen size bed. (and plenty of fun). Livingroom and bedroom both have fininshed walk in closets. Vintage full length mirror in bedroom closet for the vain among us. Also has unfinished walk in closet in livingroom, looks like an attic. Also about half an actual attic for storage space.
Can see anytime although it is not ready yet, but you can size it up. No application fee until the last stage when we do the actual credit check. Probably twenty bucks. Also, you can pick your due date for rent. If five days late there will be a twenty buck charge, but then you picked the date. Any date between the 1st and the 28th is fine.
Backyard is not bad, if you want to use it help mow it, like every third time. Offstreet parking available for a small fee.
