Not sure what you call it... magic wand or electric wand... the one where you get the static electricity and put it close to the body and ummm we jump! beautiful feeling. .. you know what it is right? long glass tube or bulb and it is staticky.

The pads with batteries (about 2-4 I think).. I once borrowed the little pads which you can put on the penis or balls, nipples etc.. and you turn it on and send a beautiful sensuous electric surge. Uses bateries. I am not talking about the expensive one... the battery operated one.
I think I would settle for the 2nd as it should be way cheaper. Not looking to get new as too $$$. Anyone have a 2nd hand one which they are not using and want to get rid of it for a song?? Both are AWESOME gadgets but right now cannot afford much. Would love to get the pads and batery controlled option... where you can intensify it with a small knob.
