I admit I need a vacation just from trying to get everything done before I leave for vacation in a couple weeks.

I admit I called my former workplace today that I absolutely hated only because my former co-worker called a few days and left a message on my phone asking how I am doing.

I admit I feel vindicated. They decided to hire an extra person beside the person replacing my position because they realized they need more help. No shit! That's what I kept telling them when we were overwhelmed and I got stuck with the load and a big reason I quit! My co-worker said the former boss was out to lunch and she'd be sad she missed my call. EErrr....that was the reason I called when I knew she'd be out to lunch. hehe

I admit I don't feel bad about leaving that crap job.

I admit that leaving a bad job is always exciting. I am daily grateful that I took the leap and left mine. My colleagues are envious!

I admit that Hibbie should try the Dawn. Dishwashing liquid is great for decon for most crud. (believe it or not, I use a generic version of Dawn for human decontamination)

I admit...

I just saw something outside my window...and have NO idea what it was...

whatever it was...it was:
falling from the sky at a considerable height and speed
was burning extremely hot (white--magnesium perhaps?)
left a burning debris tail that fell below it (whereas the meteorite tail is behind it)
was NOT a meteorite.  too big.  too low.

definitely not a flare or fireworks.  never seen anything quite like it.

I admit....

I just spent 3 hours assembling all my personal expenditures into hand written categories (gotta put them intro a spreadsheet tomorrow for the CPA)...but ya know what?

I admit that I am up early in pain again. I am blaming the rain we had.

I admit we did go back to town and it was crowded as shit. We had to do a divide and conquer to get our shopping done.

I admit that I am working on a ducky afghan in yellow. It is going to come out pretty.

I admit that I got left over light purple and blue ombre baby yarn. I brought some white baby yarn yesterday. My ebil plots includes making round afghans with these colors highlighting the white.

I admit that at times I wish I had a sugar daddy. I got my eye on a lovely loveseat from Ikea for when I do have to move to government housing.

I admit a friend came down from Atlanta and decided to do the sparkplug/wires etc replacement on my car.

I admit I spent $70.00 on parts.

I admit I tried to start the car after he was done, and there was a big BANG, and flames shot out of the alternator.

I admit to thinking "This is SO NOT GOOD".

I admit Ihave no idea what I'm gonna do now.

no, he'd already spent the gas money to come down here, bought me some groceries, took me out to dinner, etc. Plus since those parts were gonna cost me anyway, this way I didn't have to pay the 20+ p/hr labor I would have at a shop.

I admit...YIKES!!! This is why we have one friend who owns a garage...so we don't have to do the maintenance work on the van. He charges us cheap rates as well.
