RU, it's not even that I am not sleeping.... on my days off it isnt unusual for me to sleep 12 hrs or more, albeit those hours are generally interrupted (I love my cats!). But even after a solid 6-8 hrs, I wake feeling sleepy.


I admit that I realize that this is a sign of depression.

I admit that, with the help of bandaids and double socks, I did my walk today, in spite of my strangely positioned blisters. I also admit that I am considering dancing for a few miles, rather than walking, because it comes more naturally to me.

I admit that this might make folks in the hood think I am strange, but, hell I am strange so who cares?!?!?!
