I'm sorry... I sent you a note on your profile without reading that you'd prefer to talk here first. However, I saw your note about sleep and felt bad for you. I have messed up sleep as well... If you do shift work, which it sounds like you do, I'm not surprised about the sleep problem. May I suggest getting a light box? Amazon sells them. It will help you re-set your circadian rhythms, as will exercise (weird, huh?) I hope that helps... hiya H. I've tried zillions of things. Nothing seems to work as a cure-all. MIGHT work for a day or two. I tihink my nightowl days(from 20+ yrs ago) are history :) but thanks!! I admit that just as I lay down, one of the "scattered thunderstorms" so common to this area at this time of year, decided to stall overhead. rumblegrumblerumble....WHIPCRACK sigh Someone remind me WHY I like living in the SE????

I admit Bones, The dog I was fostering and had to give back cause he didn't work out, and then he was adopted, his adoption failed, and he was returned. he has separation anxiety and needs a family that's home almost all the time. so I am going to go see him around 2 o clock. I really would have prefered to go earlier but oh well. I feel bad for him because he's been returned 3 times.

Thunder storms scare Calley may, so one morning I am sleeping, it happened to start thundering and she comes up to me and sticks her face in mine and is standing over me, and we're trying to sooth her, but she decided to stick her self in between us, nearly sitting on my head. this way ________ . And unfortunately the more he is returned, the worse he will get :-( I had a pit mix who had terrible separation anxiety, he chewed through airline quality crates. I grated him in a hardcore metal one from petedge it cost me about $400 and bark collared him. I also left music on... He got to the point I could leave him for work but he hated it if I left at nights. He also could never be left in a car alone, I found out after replacing two sets of seat belts. He turned out to be a great dog, but definitely high maintenance. Fuck, all of my dogs have been high maintenance, Somewhere they decided I was a no kill shelter... Damn, I miss those fuckers!

I admit I'm drooling over the Honda 350.... I admit...my mom suggested the "fridge in the room" but I just can't bring myself to do it....It's MY fridge...in MY house... oh well. If this is the worst problem I have, then I'm doing pretty damn good. I admit that when I buy groceries this week---they are all getting labeled....warning labeled... he's noticed that there hasn't been any food in the house the past two days. hmmmm..wonder why.... what a douche.

I admit that I could stand some reruns of the men's gymnastics. And diving. Yep. I admit that I ate junk snack food today and yesterday! OMG! That stuff is some good! Cripes I'd be fat for real if that ever became a habit. I rarely crave salt, so you know that's not likely. (Pretzel cheddar combos, which we keep for the faux grandson. 910 calories in the bag. Mmmmmm) I admit that I felt HUGE after my holiday and the few days after...and I didnt gain any weight. What can I say?
