That's funny, because I was the opposite. My father has managed hotels my entire life, so I worked for my Dad as a teenager at the hotel. Yesterday afternoon was horrible. I was scrambling to put people on different airlines. International connections were missed. Even after they came back up, they were so back logged that things still weren't going well. For 99.9% of the time I really enjoy being a small, independent management firm, but yesterday I would have loved an extra set of hands.
