When I was a teenie, there was me, a mate, and this girl we were trying to compete for, the three of us were sitting in the backseat of a friends car, we were being driven back from some party or something, anyway she was in the middle, the air was rife with hormones I tells ya! He was trying to be all cool and started casually texting on whatever was the newest and coolest phone back then, I thought he was trying to showing off, whatever the case, my phone was a secondhand brick that I found at the beach, so I would have been doomed! Luckliy I didn't even have to do anything and within 5 mins I was making out with the chick. Chicks arn't impressed by phones or texting I guess! Re: Man cans, I still think it's childish shit but if there is a "whip off" I dam well want to see that video!!! seriously. -Aries

You and LT echo my thoughts exactly. If you are as interested as you say you are (and he said it many times) SHOW me you are by paying attention to me. I woke up to an email asking me to lunch today. I declined but will give him another chance (hey, he could be the needle guru I'm looking for...don't judge!) If he does it again I will walk out.

I admit , OMG.......I so wish I had a video camera just now. I am sitting on the sofa, in the middle. Sandy (middle sized dog on my left), Sophie (small dog on my lap), and Nala (the big goofball) on my right. Nala decides to wallow, head first, with lots of snorting, in the blanket she had been laying on top of. Somehow she manages to wedge her head between the cushion and back, ass up in the air on the back of the sofa. All of the sudden frantic panicked flailing and she flipped herself off the sofa, over the arm AND over the table next to the sofa. Just barely missing kicking the lamp off the table. She stood there, looking at the sofa, like it was a monster that tried to eat her. She has decided that the floor is a safer place to lay.

I admit that there are some fucking awesome posters, particularly in this thread. The majority of other ones can bite my ass. I admit that I have my immigration biometrics on October 31st. I admit that I met a lovely ex-nurse at the car wash today, who advised me on a better option for doing my Master's to become a Nurse Practitioner. I admit it's funny how fate works.

I admit.... I'm so sorry Allie--my deepest condolences. I admit--I hope littlewonder feels better soon! I admit...Kitkat...you are so right. if it wasn't for this thread, there's no way I'd waste time with the douche canoes here. But I've made a number of friends here--most from the I Admit thread-- so it's worth it for that...

I admit hugs for Allie xo I admit in other news, my yoga practice is suffering because I have bursitis/tendonitis in my right shoulder. Not a happy camper! Trying to take advil or tylenol a couple times a day, plus smothering it in arnica gel every few hours..

I admit I'm sorry for the loss of your uncle Allie, cancer's a horrifying experience to lose someone you love to. I admit I finally made it outside today. The first day out since a week ago this past Monday. I only went out because I was out of staples for groceries and of course I didn't know it was 21C outside today, and sunny. I admit I have to go out again tomorrow, psychiatrist appt, but they're now calling for rain into Saturday. I admit the "heat wave" is over. Back to reg temps in the low to mid teens (C not F) by Sunday at the latest. At least no four letter word has fallen yet.

Hey Kitkat I have tendonitis in my hip... in addition to the stretches my physician gave me to do, I also took a higher dose (under his supervision) of ibuprofen. I also used arnica gel and tiger balm (mixed results) and used cold packs. I've also had it in my shoulder--it was the pits! hope you feel better soon

I admit that when I lived up there, we lived close enough that it wasn't unsual for the planes to be so low that we could literally see the pilot through the canopy. Mom and I used to run outside, like little kids jumping up and down and waving like maniacs. lol THe neighbors thought we were lunatics! I miss that sound... the countless trains around here are more likely to wake me up than the sound of a fighter going overhead.

I admit that every time I go see Lizard, the train does not wake me up. I admit Lizard and I worked on financial aid paperwork today. Now if she can just find the damn 1040 from last year... I admit that she wants to get her BA degree from Texas Tech. To do that, she will have to do student loans...and live on campus and get a good winter coat. I admit I told her to get her humanities class during the summer semester. I admit that I am tired and in need of a good massage. I admit that if I win the lottery, I am building me a 5 bedroom Craftsman style home with a safety tub, a yarn room and a big kitchen with an oversized gas stove. Then I will beat up on Bo and move him in so he can be my cook.
