In the spirit of taking personal responsibility that has been so desperately needed here on these boards, this lifestyle, and in the world in general, lets have a little honesty and accountability. It can be something serious or something as silly as admitting you intentionally fudged the portion size on your cookies. Whatever it is lay it down, let it out, and let it go. Confession is good for the soul (or whatevs)!!!!!

Yes, I'll start.

I admit I didn't eat breakfast this morning.
I admit I filled in the blanks on my kid's homework.
I admit I really do need to walk away from a very toxic situation.
I admit I have much darker needs and desires that I am comfortable with.

Oh, and as a preemptive strike, I admit I am going to have a pack of cookies later and that I really don't care what anybody thinks!

I admit that now that I think I'm in a place for a relationship I expect it to happen now!

I admit that I really have no patience, even though it's a virtue I'm desperately working on.

I admit I ate a piece of cheese cake this afternoon.
I admit that I was abusive to NM today, when I bite his ass cheek.
I admit that I have trouble walking away from people, even then they turn toxic for me.

Well, make it pie tomorrow and a yogurt the next day and who knows. Food's a toughie. Giving up on people and situations is too. Good for you for at least recognizing when things are not healthy for you. You go girl!
