I did say proto just as Lee Thompson played at being Gorean online before he decided that it would be better to make up his own system that he could totally control instead of people telling him he was doing it wrong and wasn't really Gorean anyway. Most of the people who get all huffy about themselves and all their slaves and how Über Gorean they are don't last six months before they go play something else or back to being a BDSM wannabe. Is he this type? I don't know. I just see the potential in him. <grins>

I agree with Cheryl, that Goreans do not live in a bubble, therefor not needing to always discuss slaves, FW, the book quotes etc etc etc, many different topics end up coming full circle so to speak. resting back to what is natural in our life.
Of course people will find certain things of interest and others will not, this varies as much as the people who live by Gorean philos, etc.

As for this thread, was it a discussion to even take seriously to begin with?...lol

This guy actually takes it one step further, in his so-called "Arturas Journals" he says that people who identify as Gorean IRL should be called "Arturians" to distinguish them from online roleplayers.

OK...it is worse than I thought. I may look them up and be amused for a few seconds and sorrowful for much longer. If his name is Arthur and he wants to be known as Arturas, I don't have a problem there at all. I used my long time nickname of Malkin with a Latinized ending because Malkin (which is a name after all) was used and parts of Gor, especially Ar, are Roman based and the names are very Roman.

Given what you say about what he wrote I expect he will vanish from Gorean postings by spring if not by the end of the year. He will be forgotten and not missed like so many others if that happens. I don't think he is bad enough to be truly memorable like...oh...Rapture. <grins> I don't want him to try either.
