I've been wonderfing lately what other people enjoy in their rituals. D/M's what do you enjoy seeing your s/s do for you? s/s', what do you enjoy doing for your D/M? I'm curious cause we have a few rituals that I enjoy- we have one for when he comes home that am to take anything he's carrying from him and remove his coat. I like this because it gives me an immediate sense of colseness as well as a sense of serving him. I keep his drink full when he gets home and I like to see him smile, knowing that I'm paying attention to him. We have others that are sweet and fun but I would love to know what you all think...

My favorite ritual is the time of day when I shut everything else out -- nothing else exists, except thoughts of him. For thrity minutes I either kneel or get into a position for meditating. It helps me to re-focus and recharge. Another favorite ritual is my bathtime, each evening, to relax and "wash away" the negative energy. Syn

My favorite ritual is putting on my play collar - this is when I become the toy for his use. All the rules are gone and I am completely free to react. When this collar comes off, I am at peace and lighter at heart. Other favorites are putting on my dress collar and our bedtime ritual. Knight's kyra

Before I go out to play golf....she kisses my balls...for good luck. Hasn't worked yet, I'm still shooting 100+ but I do enjoy the ritual. Perhaps she should kiss the golf balls too? Kevin

This one is easy. Fox turns down my bed, turns on the air fliters, and kneels down to remove my shoes and socks. Then he kisses each of my feet. If his day has been stressful he lowers his head to rest on the bed's edge between my knees and I pet his hair. Then I hug him and he tucks me into bed.

Our welcome home ritual is our only ritual at the moment. Master is gone 12 days at a time, and when He gets home, He needs a bit of pampering. I pick Him up at His truck and drive Him home (He usually tells me about anything interesting that happened while He was out during this drive). When we arrive home, I undress Him and prepare His bath or shower, depending on His wishes. If He chooses a bath, I will bathe Him myself while He relaxes in the tub. Once He's through bathing or showering, I dry Him off and comb His hair. Then I shave Him and trim His goatee and mustache. Once that is done, I help Him into His robe (if it's cold enough to warrant clothing) and we go downstairs to the kitchen to decide if and what He wants to eat. Then, after His needs are seen to, I can tell Him about what's happened at home while He was gone.

I love Rituals in My BDSM world just as many others do. I enjoy the structure and the ease they bring to the relationship. One of My favorites is the way My submissives and slaves serve a beverage to Me. The ritual is similar for all but each has added a small twist to make it their own. ~Our eyes lock for just a moment before he reaches for the cup he has taken special care with. Always My submissive/slave tastes My coffee to be certain it is hot, sweet and perfectly creamed to My taste, his eyes never leave Mine as he performs this daily ritual. Once he is satisfied that I will be pleased he kisses the rim of My cup and passes My coffee to Me. Without hesitation he drops his body as close to the floor as it is humanly possible to get, reinforcing his devotion and humility. Once he is positioned comfortably in the frog position I rest My feet upon the strength of his back and take the first sip. ~ One of the things that I believe make rituals so beautiful is that they come with a certain degree of intimacy in a shared moment...such simplicity.

My favorite ritual is simply bringing Him coffee in bed each morning, gets the day going right. [:)]

Bathtime. We shower together and I wash him and his long hair. Making sure that it is conditioned well. I have a towel waiting for him. Then I brush his hair and make sure that the braid is well. I enjoy tending to his needs. 1st Girl Phoenix

for me, the look in my my Lady's eyes as she awakens to the coffee i have prepared is worh more than words can express. I think it brings more joy to me than to Her. The joy of service <smiles>

I enjoy watching jali do pretty much anything. Cooking, cleaning can be amusing because I'll crop her if she misses or forgets something , then she dances on her toes, those short mincing little steps that make her ass jiggle. Really it's just watching her... she's always happy and full of life.. that in itself makes her a pleasure to watch.

I like having your clothes laid out and making sure there is hot coffee for when you wake up..thats a kinda ritual hey.

it is always hard when Master has to leave....but no matter what He always tells me to be safe. i know it is silly but it reminds me to make sure i take care of His property and to keep it safe and well.

This got some good replies- thanx :) I love bedtime and morning rituals. Something about it just makes my day feel all wrapped up in Him. I liked Syn's response of meditating on him. That's wonderful and such a relaxing way to focus and center. I may adopt this... :) Cooking for him is nice but bathing him is something extra special. I love washing his hair and all that. Taking care of him just makes me feel good.

lucky's owner has few required rituals. Writing in the third person is one, as the reader sees! Perhaps the most long-standing is greeting Her by kissing Her fingertips, whether at home or in public.
