Greetings Mistress Louve

That's just it, I can imagine. ~grins. I would surely raise my hand to give it a try. Though I do not think they will be doing it the same way any time soon.

Omgosh, Lipo and a cure all in one.

Even better.

Warm wishes,
~twinkle

Greetings twinklie one,

That's a very interesting article. The good thing about this being animals is that there is no chance that they are feeling better because they expected to.

love ya,

Once stem cells were discovered, it was not long before they were identified in other parts of the human body, young and old. So, fetuses are no longer used in the manner of dissecting and then throwing away into the trash. There is even talk of reverting skin cells back into stem cells.

I did not know that about skin cells. That is interesting. Can I ask if you have any more information about it?

I wish you well

Greetings Nephandi,

I will say that in the last 12 years I have been deeply involved in Taoism, Tai Chi, various forms of yoga (Tantric being the one I felt best with), and meditation. All of these have assisted in a physical, emotional and mental well being in me. I have improved my diet, and get more exercise. All of this has to do with energy, and is the only thing I have discovered that can actually assist in longevity. If we are out of balance in any of the three areas, it causes problems in the other two.

Live well,
Orion

Greetings

One of my former coven brothers used the Taoist deer exercise daily, and he did look younger than he was and he was of very good health. And I agree, Asian Energy techniques are the way I am looking the most into. Especially Taoism which is one of the few religions which actually is involved with life extension and in which at least some of the Taoists paths see immortality as a Spiritual goal. I am very interested in Energy manipulation.

I wish you well

Tal,

While we here on Earth are far behind Gor in developing a longevity enhancing stabilizing serum. We have made some staggering progress in the area of hair extensions.

Anyways, who wants to live forever with bad hair?

Ja,

hmmmm I wonder if male pattern baldness would be consider a disease of ageing and therefore cured on the planet Gor or a sign of masculine virility and so accepted for being natural.

Yes it would. The Stabilizer serums prevent aging and while there are conditions which can cause male blandness which are not linked to aging, the standard men get thinner hair as they age do.

I wish you well

Greetings Mistress Nephandi

After thinking further and noting a few statements made by you and others in the more recent "Do Goreans seek to live or seek to die" thread, I was wondering if you have ever tried Acai? My City is doing a Clinical Study about the aging process and use of Acai. I thought of you.

I did a brief research on it-  http://acaiberrysite.com/what-is-acai/
http://www.theacaitruth.com/

It is a supplement. Participants are compensated for the 2 week study. Am even more curious now.

Would love to hear from you or anyone else who has more knowledge of it or has tried it.

Thank you,
~twinkle

Greetings

I have not tried Acai nor do I know what it is. Thank you for the link reading about those berries will be interesting. I know that blueberries are often used by those who take the dietary route to life extension, as they are both nutritious and have much antioxidants, however I have not heard of the Acai berries.

I wish you well

Thank you for replying Mistress Nephandi

Reading up a bit more since I posted to you, I haven't found anything negative, but I'm seeking forums to glance at from real people who've tried them. The only thing I am hesitant about is that companies hire people to say good things in blogs and forums (At one point I considered taking a job blogging for cash this way, but I declined since I can't in good conscience tell fibs, however I did learn from the interview that we really don't know who is really telling the truth about a product. So instead I try to look for people I know who've tried things and in turn when I try supplements I give back honest thought and feedback.

If I decide to try the berries, I will let you know. And if you ever try, please let me know? I haven't gotten to the point yet of finding out what it will cost.

Off subject a little... for a product that I truly love is the Revitalift Skin care line. I really never used products such as these before a year ago when I first purchased from a birthday gift card. For a product it really verses the look of aging.  When I was younger I always used fresh lemon.

Just an extra thought that came to mind.

I wish you well,
~twinkle

Greetings

My mother have allot of knowledge about vitamins and how they fit together with other substances in food supplements and the like. I am going to ask her if she know about these berries. And I will let you know if I try them. Also thank you for your information on the skin care products. I am afraid that in that area, I know very little, but I will look into it.

I wish you well

Greetings

Thank you. My mother had heard about that product from Loreal, she know allot more about face creams and the like than I do. Would you believe that I have not even the faitest idea about how to put on make up. I have to take a picture for a identification card now, and I wanted to put on some make up, but I look at the brushes and pencils and I have no idea what to do with it.

I wish you well

If there was an organization that allowed you to fund specific research such as life extension, that some feel is held back by moral and political agendas, with a high degree of transparency and an "open source" approach, do you think that many people would donate?

I would like to see a feedback system for all research grants that we have been involved in funding (through federal funds and otherwise) with branching for spin-off research and information about results and comments by other researchers and proposed new directions.  In current diffused form it is very difficult to see where things are stalled and where money is spent.  With the large number of unscrupulous and completely non-transparent organizations that people send money to now, I would think it could be quite popular.  I am sure the more interesting and more outlandish suggestions would certainly receive more funding just for the entertainment value.

I wonder if trans-humanists would vote with their dollars.
