Yes. Internet scams are a huge business that nets the scammers hundreds of millions per year. A 2006 study estimated that, just for the UK, losses to scammers are around 150 million per year, and it's even higher in the US.
As long as people continue to be ignorant of advanced fee fraud and other scams, there will be a "market" for internet scammers.

OP,
Does your mom know you're using her computer for this purpose?  How's that for a "true opinion"?

*shakes her head and walks away*

Just looked at the profile.

These people are totally legit, and like, so totally trustworthy!
Just imagine- you give them your credit card number, and a few days later, a trembling, naked, totally hot piece of ass shows up at your doorstep, begging to suck you off!!! DUDE!!!
DO IT NOW!

Wanna bet?  Some people will believe anything to get a chance, slim though it might be, at getting what they want without having to actually do leg work to get it.  Look at the link WyldHrt gave.

OP:
as I have said many times..at least once a week to some poor guy who asks about this scam..yes it is..!!!

and to the above.."some will beileve anything..to get aq chance"

yes ..again..
I have told on here a couple times about my friend T who was showing me pics of the girl and everything and thinking it was real..
I asked him "
wtf?...
"Do you think a woman like that will come here to give you non stop bj's and cook?" or what?"
He said
"I AM SO LONLEY I DON'T CARE.."
So he was depserate..desperate enough to pay..
IN that case I told him to get a mail-order woman and at least then he would be..perhaps guaranteed she would come voer ..until she had citizenship anyway..or pay an escort....or set up a mutual arrangement as a sugar daddy..

IN THIS slave scam  there isnt even a WOMAN...

The more you know about it, the scarier it gets, believe me. Sometimes it goes quite a bit further than just stealing the victim's money:
Scam victim commits suicide
Greek national killed by 419 scammers
Irishman kidnapped/ held for ransom
UK man kidnapped in SA
Australian victim of love scam kidnapped in Mali

There is a small error in the story on the second link, BTW. It was later determined that the Greek victim was killed before the ransom demand was even sent to his brother. Now that is scary.

Quite correct, GM. This is the hardest thing, to convince a male scam victim that the "woman" he thinks he's in love with is really some guy typing away in an internet cafe.

Hi E/everyone

I am talking to a sub who claims to be at a bondage training camp in the UK. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this group that they would be willing to share they call themselves BDSM Training Camp UK they are asking for a large sum of money for this slave's release to me so I just want to be sure before I do anything.

Thanks

Honestly kiddo, if you have to ask you are too young to have a slave to begin with. I think it is best perhaps if you continue to live in your parents' basement and let your mom keep taking care of you.

Aside from that, if you have to BUY a slave because you can't seem to find one that will serve you willingly, then I suggest you stop going to all the porn sites and instead maybe look into some sites that will help make you a person other people might want to spend some time with.

All of your points are valid, however the last one I thought I would share something with you. There are places who will train women and men for that matter in the ways of Dominance and Submission. It is really a BDSM thing. Most women who I have found to visit such places are those for whatever reason, are not interested in a relationship and enjoy going, learning and then going back to their life. There was one in New York City that operated for quite some time. I actually had a slave who came from there and they had a pretty impressive web site. I want to say they called themselves "Chess" or "Chessmen" or something along those lines, and each of their training regimens where based on a piece of the Chessboard.

If you are a ritualistic person, you probably would appreciate their layout. I don't believe they are still in existence though since I just tried to do a Search and I can't seem to find them.

I guess the point that I am trying to make is that there are such places and they do serve a purpose for those that use them. I would agree that whatever the outcome, the woman should be trained to his way and since this place has no verifiable way to get to them or learn about them, then I would still say this is probably a scam.

Aramis

You are talking about The Estate. I owned a slave who knew Flagg, one of the main people there. Yes, it was real and yes they would train people. They charged mostly the cost of food and lodging. They also held classes in other places including class sessions at a number of BDSM events if my memory is correct. No, I never went to any such classes but their web site had a number of good ideas on it and a lot of practical advice. So, second hand they were real. The chessmen reference is that they categorized the purpose/jobs a slave did according to chess pieces. The only one I recall was the Bishop which was a slave who acted as the major-domo for their owner. That was how my slave identified what she wanted to do and be for her owner. Check out The Estate.

Be well....

I checked this out one time, for a lark - the sub was in London, her owner in Scotland. I got the owner to mail me with requirements... sure enough, the IP address was in Nigeria. When I pointed this out to him, he said he was visiting relatives.

I wasn't talking to the OP...I was replying to Aramis. I really hate to disappoint you but there really are places that train slaves. There really are people who train them other people and places that do hold classes for slaves.

From talking to a slave who has guested in my house several times and who says she was trained in one, the so called "European Slave Houses" also exist. Her's was in England. If I believe both her and her owner then they exist. I have found no reason not to do so.

It is very obvious that he was being scammed. Remember that you can be scammed by people who reference things that are real. In fact, it actually works better if most of the scam is a real as you can make it.

Be well....

I am here for cyber only, but i have heard of a group in brittain called Brownies (i don't know what the DSM stands for in that context though) i believe they do some stuff involving rope or thread and also teach the art of baking cookies.
If she is your dream slave i would consider coughing up the money, it might be your only real chance to buy your own slave like ever...
good luck

mnottertail -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/19/2010 6:26:05 AM)

OK, welcome to your first day of bondage training camp, you fuckin maggots.

You will obey these rules, without question when given by your bondage trainer, tape them to your eye lids, sleep with them, make them your wife, they are like the words of god.

When I tie you up, gash....

YOU JUST FUCKIN STAND THERE

Thus endeth the lesson.

Jeffff -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/19/2010 6:32:05 AM)

And in this case, " I can't HEAR you maggot". is a good thing.

mnottertail -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/19/2010 6:46:36 AM)

So what do you think a feller should charge a girl to become expert in standing around looking at herself while you tie her up real fancy? Is a couple grand enough, ya think?

And do you think the master should also give you a couple grand for your efforts in showing her how to stand still, to turn left when you say turn left, to back up when you say back up, lift her arms when you say lift your arms?

I mean that aint just common shit you can get any old place, is it? Gotta be worth some big fuckin jing I should think.

Ron
