Despite what everyone has said. There are quite a few Bed and Breakfasts that cater to the BDSM community. As well as BDSM theme style vacations.

In terms of slave training, perhap's your talking about the Other World Kingdom in the Czech Republic. http://www.owk.cz/index.htm . Which does offer slave training, and boosts one of the highest quality facilities but also fairly costly to book a "stay" at the Kingdom
