My master has asked me to come up with my own punishment for not asking for permission, being mouthy and not posting my new status as under consideration. Help please...

I would punish myself so hard.... i would take myself out for pizza and ice cream to start with, you know, because it is fattening. I would then make myself go shopping for some new shoes because I hate shopping!

I would suggest having to eat dark chocolate. After all, if you have your mouth full of chocolate, you cannot be mouthing off to him.

On a more serious note. . . if this is a new relationship I think that you two should relax a bit and just try to get used to things.

And, BTW, did he post something about HIS status of having someone "under consideration" or in fact "being under consideration" by you. The whole considering thing is a two-way street ya know.

I was trying to get that idea across, I guess that I did not do so well.

I see the "under consideration" thing as moving towards being exclusive. However I have never really gotten the whole "worrying about changing your profile" stuff. I mean, great if you do, but it is not really my biggest thought in life. As a matter of fact, I am not sure if I have ever updated my age on this UID. And I know that it took me forever to change my "status" on facebook. I just never thought about doing it.

So to me, this is all making mountains out of mole-hills.

Did he ask you to change your profile or are you being punished for not saying you're seeing someone but aren't exclusive yet without being asked?

Have you even met him?

It's his job to train you not to mouth off, not your job to train yourself. I would say that being with him is punishment enough.

I think of micromanagement as more of having a minute by minute schedule. This sounds more like actively looking for things to be miffed about.
