Help! Help-help! I can't find the underdog intro that contains that sound bite! I've tried everything! I've googled Underdog, Underdog Intro, Underdog intro song, Underdog introduction and I still can't find that one clip! Would somebody please help this damsel in distress? It's terribly important that I find this!

WEll fair damsel....unfortunately the line you are looking for is not part of the theme/intro. It may have been part of the dialog in one of the episodes.

No, no, I remember that it was in part of the intro or the middle song. They did that line quite a bit. I was a faithful fan of Underdog. I used to LOVE that show! I've found it over on YouTube before, but now I can't. I don't know what happened.

I think you are remembering wrong. I googled the exact phrase and got this:

Sweet Polly Purebred: [singing to the tune of "Oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone"] Oh Where, Oh Where has my Underdog gone, Oh where, oh where can he be?

See? It isn't and wasn't part of the actual theme song.

No, not that part, the part that I always personally believed was Sweet Polly Purebred, but now, I'm inclined to believe was really just meant to be a random, "Help! Help-help!" That's the sound byte I'm looking for. Or video clip.
