Oh dear, mr law man, who love's to debate the vague letter of the law before a, hopefully sympathetic judge, I will address a bit of your argument. You state that your question here on the Mistress board has nothing to do with your profile and therefore you are trying to distance yourself from the question you posed before my good colleagues, thus I must argue that any question posed by yourself is an extension of who you are and must be presented to fully appreciate where your question comes from. It is our only basis for which to fully understand the basis for your question. The reasoning behind this dear good fellow is that with your question coming from such a dominant person as yourself, we needed further background in which to evaluate your question and give credence or not to your witness of an unlawful act of which you came upon in the early morning hours in a wealthy community woodland.
This event must have impressed you in some way and therefore your question many years after the fact and thus our interest in why this would be something so very interesting to you that you would come before us to ask if this is something we would all partake in. We must therefore question why this early morning walk you were taking and the events that you saw were so profound as to move you to ask the question you posed to our good board members after so long a time. What was it that effected you so greatly that it would be the topic of your first post to women that you clearly see as faulty in being wise enough to fully understand your motivation and need for the answers to a question of which you put such high importance.
Finding it rather odd that a dominant man such as yourself, would rather present this personal experience to dominant women rather than relate it back to yourself as a dominant male and ask if other dominant males would partake in a similar experience, you chose to ask women of which you seem to have little regard, on a board in which many males, both dominant and submissive, come to share their kink and ask questions of those who might enhance their life somehow because of their interest in our perception of things and ability to accommodate them in some manner if we chose to do so. Because dear sir, you came to the mistress boards, we must assume that you placed more worth upon our answers to your question and interest in the topic than you would feel could be garnered from the perspective of male dominants on the Master's board.
As you can see this becomes a very complicated issue and upon further testimony from yourself, it is very likely the conclusion of many of your dominant peer's that you enjoy the act of humiliation, have some interest whether it is personal or otherwise in the leashing of male bits and the leading of a male with bits bound, to do unlawful things in a public area, heavily populated or not. Thus, we must conclude that you haven't been totally forthright in the motivation of your question and presentation and again, we must honestly call bull shit, which is a term I do believe that any court of law, sympathetic or not judge and all in the court room would understand and give credence to as it is a well accepted term within our society.
You may appeal our decision if you so chose, but I doubt even the supreme court will help you.
