I have been searching for one of these machines for a very long time to no avail. They are very expensive so I can't order one but I have found it difficult to find someone who actually owns one. My search continues... :)

I have had extensive expereince with various milking machines for milking both cocks and breasts. DO not use a cow milker on either cocks or breasts. The suction is way too strong and consitent rather than slower and pulsating and It can burst blood vessels in the cock and cause extensive abrasions on both cock and breasts. The original poster is probably interested in different kinds of "pumping" - cocks, breasts, nipples.
It's true that milking machines focus on the nipple and might not be the sort of thing you want.  And yes, only use equipment that is designed for people.
