Hello everyone. i was wondering about slave tattoos. i know some Master's tattoo their slaves. and i was wondering what are some examples of slave tattoo designs and where they are usually located.

I have no tattoos; no Mistress has insisted on one. Branding would be more my speed anyway. That's not happened either, though... :(

There exist (principally for gay, male slaves) on-line slave registeries. Sign-up, gving all your physical info and previous tatoos. You are assigned a registry number. It comes as a PDF file with the corresponding bar-code. Most slaves have that tatooed on their right (submissive) back shoulder or right pectoral - above nipple. Masters finding such a marked slave can check the registery for previous Masters' comments, but more importantly, whether the slave is on-the-run and needs to be returned or picked up. Problem? Yeah. Too many registeries. Needs to be government run and enforced. LOL! For the women? Not sure if such things exist. google is your friend. For straight, slave men? -ditto- ETA: I do not want my property marked. I refuse to buy or wear polo shirts with any embroidered logo - especially not the manufacturer's mark. First thing I do to my brand-new, just-purchased 501s is to remove the leather patch that says "Levi Strauss - 501 Jeans."

I don't have any tattoos, and my Master would prefer me not to. I have heard of people getting tats that look like bar codes, not just people in the bdsm community. Going along with what leadership527 said, a word such as "obedience" that means something to the relationship may be an option, or a symbol that is meaningful in the same sense. Google is your best bet I think.

tattoos are as individual as the person who's flesh they're on. I have my Owner's initials on my left areola, and "MINE" + his signature on my lower back/tramp stamp. The tattoo artist (same guy) was surprised I would get either, and we were both amused when I realized I didn't need the ball gag I'd brought to help cut down on noise when I went in for the areola tat. :)

i will be having one done but it will be a wolf which is his power animal and one i love so it wont be ovious as to what it is but he is designing it wiht his initals hidden inside

I'm planning a tattoo to honor my Santa. He had a signature drawing of a cowboy hat I plan to have tattooed to the inside of my upper left arm (close to my heart). I think he would appreciate it.

He's designing an abstract tattoo of his initials for my inner forearm. Personally, I'd proudly wear Property of **** on my body.

Tattoos are a very personal thing. Unlike most relationships they are forever so even if you are getting it to denote a relationship make it something YOU like and can live with. After all you will be living with it. I have a phoenix back piece that was done for my former owner, his nick name was phoenix. Even though we are no longer together it is still something I am proud to wear and something that to most people is just a normal tattoo. I have thought about getting kanji (beautiful pain) but I am terrified of getting the wrong symbols or having it done poorly. Not everyone can do good caligraphy.
