You're really not narrowing it down much. For example, "leather" could be anything from corsets to whips. Also, you're making it sound like you're starting from scratch and really don't know what you are looking for, so it's very difficult for Me to help you.
There are two places that I would start you out. One would be the store "Scream" which is located inside 1763. It is open during events held there at the dungeon. You will have to be a member of the club and pay the normal dungeon entry fee to shop there. (Go through the lobby to the first hallway on the right and it will be the first door on your right.) They have a selection of various items there. It's more or less a sampling of various interests. You can find some lengths of rope, ball gags, some floggers, wax, and a number of other things. When you go there and first enter at the admission desk (before heading to the dungeon or the store itself), pay particular attention to the business card rack that you would be looking at if you were behind the counter. You will find a number of business cards related to specific interests.
Since you mentioned shoes in particular, I would send you to Aphrodite's Toybox. The kink store is the building in the front. (The one that is in the back is the dance studio.) The shoe selection is immediately to your left as you walk in the door. You'll find a number of things there, including thigh high boots. Continuing down that wall, again, you will find an assortment of floggers and such. If you turn to the right and go in the separate room, you'll find various strap ons, harnesses, and dildos. You can find glass items in the case at the register.
If you do happen to be looking for a corset, I would recommend Ms Martha's Corsette Shoppe. (She has a profile on this site and you can find her through My friend's list.) All of the corsets pictured in My profile were purchased from her.
Also keep in mind that DomCon Atlanta will be held in October. If you are looking for a higher range item (violet wand, long whip, etc) you will be able to find it there.
