UTI story: my only one. but i was feeling tired but otherwise fine and then next minute i was collapsed in total agony. rushed to hospital, they put all sorts of gadgets on me trying to work out what was wrong. temp went through the roof - i thought i was dying!! - a phucking UTI !!! -

I've had UTIs before, I just drank a lot of water and cranberry juice and they cleared right up. They usually occurred b/c I wasn't getting enough water in my diet, like I drank too much soda or something. I used to get them a lot when I was a kid. I also had a lot of surgery on the PT band, but I don't know why. I learned to do kegels when I was about 5 or so, because of the surgery. I've had the tightest little cunt every since!

Women have very short urethras, that's the passage from the bladder to the peehole. Even catheter insertions in a hospital with every possible precaution against infection taken can still result in infection. Not only of the bladder but also of the kidneys.

There's a lot of women who have more than average UTI problems. If I do not get up right after sex and go pee (which washes any stray bacteria DOWN the tube, hopefully) I can count on getting a UTI after vigorous penetration.

Some women actually have to take Macrodantin capsules to prevent postcoital UTI (http://jac.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/reprint/42/3/363.pdf).

Cranberry juice and uva-ursi work because they acidify the urine and that tends to keep bacterial growth down. Nowadays you can also get pyridium OTC as "AZO" tablets, then you too can pee pumpkin-orange for days.

But seriously, the OP is interested in some kind of medical play, and needs to look for that particular fetish in a more specialized community. The practice has significant risks.

Actually, cut the OP some slack. If he'd asked about people interested in single tails, or knife play, or ball crushing, or other equally risky types of kinks, he'd have gotten serious answers.

Personally, I would not do this type of play; esp with someone who doesn't even know the proper medical term for 'pee hole'. It's edgeplay, and requires quite a bit of specific knowledge to be done safely.
