In my mind i see a but plug with a wide hole drilled through the core . It would have to be a glass or metal plug i imagine , so that it kept its' shape if when it had the core drilled out . The core hole would have a stopper or screw which could be removed in order to allow the daily faeces to come through and a small enema introduced to keep everything clean . The plug would NEVER have to be removed then.
Over time , the size of but plug could be increased also. The ass would be permanently stretched to huge dimensions after time.
