Yes, they do according to the m & m site.

What we haven't discussed yet is what helps prevent it. Along with aftercare comes precare, and this you do yourself. I won't play if I haven't eaten that day yet. Or if I'm already thirsty or overtired. We've learned that those kinds of things can cause subdrop to be much worse. As well as can cause me to hit a bad space during play needing an immediate end to it with me in a bad place, being very needy and emotionally all over the place. And this is my responsibility, to say wait, I need water and a power bar first or a half hour nap or to be cuddled first if I'm having a rough day. I have to assess my own state and see what I need to be in the best possible shape before play. You wouldn't run a marathon if you hadn't eaten properly for days or hadn't slept, neither should you play hard in that shape.

drop only happend a couple of times and he just held me till i stopped crying but normally after ive gone to space i jsut get really thirsty and cuddly. he can feel claustrophobic sometims so we can be at odds if this happens he will curl up and i attatch myself to his back a bit like a koala if not he will jsut hug me . both work

A quilt and hot tea with milk and 4 or 5 sugars in it. I get severe shakes and need an instant sugar hit.

Damnit you did it again!
I gotta stop reading things when Master's on the phone, I tend to get "the look"....

I am most definitely keeping that image though. Let's hope I've prepared enough to keep from sub-dropping since I'm pretty sure my very loud giggles have earned me a punishment ;D
Seeing as how I had a pretty large breakfast though, I think I'm good in the pre-nourishment department though lol
