It has been posted on before, but it has been a long while and nothing I found quite gave me the information I was looking for. I am specifically talking about infusion into the breasts, and around the vulva. The way I have seen it done before was using the same sort of IV solution as you would see someone given by paramedics or in a hospital, run through an IV set-up with a cath into the breasts instead of a vein. Risk/Reward? I know that the saline is absorbed into the body within a day or two. I also know that a concern that was mentioned before was that if you don't have the proper solution you run the risk of it going into a vein and possibly causing death. Is this a risk even with the type of saline you would see given in a hospital IV? Also, how likely is this in the case of the breasts and the vulva? It would seem more likely to me in the case of the scrotum... and the vulva, I would say, would seem more high risk than the breasts. Also, is there any potential for long-term damage to the breasts? I know there are certain types of play I have been told to avoid because they can cause cancerous cell mutations in the breasts. Technique? Okay, obviously a fairly sterile environment is a must, and you would want to use betadine or another hospital grade microbicide, along with sterile tubing and cath needles... so assuming you can get ahold of that and do all of the proper prep.. how exactly DO you want to go about doing this? Again, I've seen it before, so I have a vague idea but it has been so long and I was far more squeamish about needles back then so.. there you have it. I am sure there are many things I have left out.. and I am kind of sick right now, and taking decongestants etc so it is probably not the most coherently worded nor cohesive post I have ever made.. but what better time to catch up on some BDSM oriented education than when you're feeling too crappy to actually play? I appreciate any information you can give me, even if it is to tell me I shouldn't even be considering this type of play (although unless you can attach valid, sound reasoning to it with more explanation than "it can cause this," like for instance, why it causes it and how to prevent that particular problem, I will probably just disregard it). Well, I volunteered one of my boys for a kinky RN to do this thing on his scrotum, because she convinced me that the sex would be fun and that some of the fluid increase would translate to some additional penis girth for a day or so. Her sterile technique is impeccable, so I had no concerns about complications and there weren't any. HOWEVER, having sex with him after his nut sack had been inflated was a flashback to bouncing up and down on one of those Playskool bouncy balls when I was about six years old. Mostly the huge bouncy thang got in the way and buried several inches of his wang, so sex was less fun rather than more fun. Naah, probably not doing it again. The only redeeming feature of this experience was the femdom talent show during which he waggled it around to the tune of "I've Got Big Balls" from my laptop speakers. We all just about fell off our chairs laughing. Yeah, that was about what I was doing. When we finished laughing, we decided not to bother doing it again. Ever seen that South Park episode where the guys were bouncing around on enlarged scrotums to get medical marijuana? It was a little bit like that. [sm=bust.gif]

Still, for a woman the effect is completely different. Larger breasts are larger breasts.. and around the vulva.. well it will probably make everything feel a tad tighter and more sensitive.... I don't really see it getting in the way, as it were. What I am really looking for is information on how to do it safely.. and perhaps experiences from people who have seen it done to a woman/females who have had it done to themselves, and what it felt like for them There is actually quite a lot of info on it with regards to using it for CBT.. not much as far as the tata's.

I imagine so. The idea of a female part specific inflation was briefly discussed with the kinky RN in question, while I was standing about watching her do the scrotal infusion. Her response was that it would be much more dangerous and difficult to do, but I don't recall the specifics of why. I can put you in touch with her directly if you cmail me on the other side; she'd be much more qualified to answer as medical play is a topic she instructs on.

The problem I often had was getting bagged medical grade saline. I eventually started to buy from a vet. If you can get hold of the stuff, go for 1000ml bags if your doing breasts. Looks like your going to get some good advice from LNT's friend and so I will leave you to it but I would just like to mention a few things. Never rush this sort of procedure. Scrotum's tend to have a lot more loose skin than breasts and labia and so don't expect miracles on your first attempt. Once the breasts start getting used to infusions, you will be able to start going bigger. When the skin starts getting tight stop because otherwise you can cause stretch marks. Unfortunately the breast tissue and labia tissue seems to absorb much quicker than the scrotum. The scrotum can remain inflated for 2 to even 3 days but breast and labia are often back to normal by the next morning. Sounds like your doing everything right regarding being sterile. Now you just need to learn the correct procedure. Have fun and let us know how it goes.

Newbie question time! (hooray?) [&:] Firstly, what does 'RN' stand for? Secondly, i have wondered about the risk of stretch marks. i'm curious about breast saline injection, but simultaneously concerned about the risk of permanent marking? Don't get me wrong, i lurrrrrrve being marked, just not in a permanent sort of way... And what does it feel like? Does is hurt? i suppose this would depend on the individual's pain threshold, of course. But still.... how interesting and fun-sounding. Cue the google search. Okay, /end Newbie-ness.

This sounds like a lot of fun! I could temporarily enlarge my breasts for some fun time, and then later be well hydrated for some outdoor recreation! I can see it now. We play with the saline the day before, and then spend a weekend hiking and camping. I'm writing this down.

Better results are achieved with scrotal infusion, because the scrotal sac is a "bag" and is isolated from the rest of the body. As long as you get the needle onto the bag, and not a surrounding structure, you're basically filling up a water ballon. The results are dramatic and can last several days. When you infuse the breasts or vulva, you're injecting fluid into the hypodermis and fat layer. There's no large pocket for the saline, it's dispersed throughout the tissue. The local swelling happens because you've pushed fluid in faster then the body can absorb it. But, the body will absorb the saline fairly quickly (a few hours or less). An added risk besides, infection would be causing structures to separate as pockets of fluid formed because you went to fast. Are you knowledgable enough to place and adjust an IV drip so it's fast enough to saturate the tissue and cause the swelling you're looking for without being so fast that you cause pockets and damage tissue?

well...if you ever do decide to see a scrotal infusion again....after the sac is full....turn out the lights and hold a flashlight up to the sac....it almost looks like a jack o'lantern...had it done a couple of times awhile ago...and it was quite funny....and i had the same issue with the saline migrating making the penis pretty useless....though some might say mine is pretty much already that way
