I have a kajirus who is considerable bit older than I am. I was discussing the idea of a contract of some sort. Or Just Legal papers incase something were to happen in the midst of our time. To save myself from any Legal ramifications if it was not "true" foul play. Anyone have one already or know of a good place with a "base" contract that I can edit for this use?

Well legal contracts will show that there was dialouge between you as far as SSC, and RACK. But when it comes down to it, honestly depends on your area, and if they allow them in court. Because as lifestylers, alot of what happens in societal terms is not legal. So you can not haha or should not submit legal proof that you were engaged in some sort of Illegal activities. Just my .02

I suggest you spend the money and speak with an attorney for an hour, and take their advice. There are some BDSM associations that list attorneys that are familiar with certain areas of alternative lifestyles, so try looking for something like that. I strongly recommend against any legal advice being taken from a forum, or fill in the blank document, unless it has been prepared and reviewed by legal professionals.

Lets make it simple. There are no legal slave or BDSM contracts. Most of them won't even be allowed into evidence in your defense. They are more likely to be used against you than for you. I have spent hours talking to a lawyer about it. You are only fooling yourself if you try it and probably setting yourself up for problems as well. But...if you really want one....just google "BDSM Contracts" and you will find a lot of them.

Now...other things such as powers of attorney for medical, financial and legal matters are a different story. Those can be a good idea especially if the two of you are living together. Those are also easy to find boilerplate versions for your state online and just fill in the blanks, get them notarized and each of you keep copies.

And the last point. Contracts of any sort with slaves is not Gorean in the slightest. They are pure BDSM.

Sounds to me like she's trying to come up with an iron-clad way of inheriting his estate should he accidentally fail to make it through the next session.

Maybe it's me, but I find it sinister as hell.

I couldn't figure out if she wants estate planning advice (i.e., powers of attorney and wills etc) or if she is trying to find a way to alleviate herself from any legal - civil or criminal - consequences if the guy dies or gets injured while she is doing something to him. As in, well he consents so its not on me concept. That's the clarification i was looking for.
