I design and manufacture my own line of leather restraints. I was in business in the Los Angelas area for 10 years but closed shop in 1996. I make double thickness hand stitched locking cuffs, collars up to 5 inch with a chin rest and attached cuffs down the back or front with adjustable connecting strap. One design of the cuffs is one size fits all but i do custom sizing for small to pluss size. Im working on a few smaples and will have a web sight up soon. They can be compared to institutional medical quality but more affordable. I can make them whatever color you desire or just clear sealed natural leather. I also manufacture steel shackles and flat iron cages and have even manufactured complete jail cells but have to tool up again to restart this line. My motto is "if you can imagine it i can make it".
