I have never really had preference based on age. I've always been more attracted to people than types.

That said the Mrs refers to me as the dirty old man. I get older but the females I attract stay the same age. That is generally early 20's and I have no idea why.

If the two of us had a preference in a partner it probably be somewhere in between us. 47 to 32 is a decent spread,

I prefer my partners 35+. I always have, even when I was 25.

I prefer high levels of stability, strength, maturity, etc. and those traits are easier to find in the older age brackets. I'm the wrong person to ask about "sexually adventurous" since I'm the weak link in that particular chain.

Reserved? ouch...i just had a stereotypical librarian type flash through my mind...lol. Guys my age like girls half my age because men are mostly visual and young girls are beautiful to look at. Eye candy, firm in all the right places, etc. Plus, it gives them access to her young pretty friends.

But more sexually adventuresome?......i wouldn't bet the farm on that :)

Didn't say that. I hardly ever think of my age, I really do have to think about it when asked. So my "spread" as you call it would be more within 10 + or -. And that can change depending on the person too.

I've chatted with 20 some yr olds who were more mature than some of the men in their mid forties and older. And the opposite applies too. The attitude is what counts to me, as well as how I'll be treated. And let's face it, the heart wants what it wants. So I have no way of knowing what the future will bring.
