Ermm...who knows if the poster of this thread is still watching, but it seems layered gags work best for actually muffling sound. This might be a ball gag with ace-bandage (or anything that can be wrapped) around it, ball-gags with duct tape over it, or other combinations.

Years ago a domme deminstrated a spray that kept your slave completely quiet. My slave at the time could'nt make a sound for about 8hrs. My slave told me it had a very sweet taste. There seem to be no ill affects. Sorry, I don't remember what it was called. I had no use for it because I enjoy the sounds of a gagged women.

So far, the best combination, what I have found is sport sock+duck tape few rounds around the head.
So roll that sock into a ball. Sometimes it would be wise to use some tape on that sock, to make sure, it does not, unroll inside the mouth, and suffocate the person.
You should find those preatty cheaply, the non brand version espesially.
Do not use the new socks, use socks that have been washed couple of times. This is because when they are new, they are pretty hard to get wet because all the chemicals what are in them... so it is good to use used socks even because of that.
Always use moist socks. This is to prevent, that the mouth doesn't dry. You can use water or piss etc to moist the gag, or even use actually socks that are wet from sweat...
One added bonus is gasmask, this puts another layer there too, to muzzle the sounds, please remember that, you should be able to remove all these things FAST. and do use safesigns etc.

and no gag is 100% sound proof.... but this is something which I have found to be pretty efficent...

Try an audio Stim unit. Connect it to the genitals or near them with pads and any noise she makes will give her a shock. When she yells because of the shock she gets another one and so on until she realises that she must stay quiet to avoid them. Paradiddle

Sadly, there isn't one, because that isn't what gags do. Gags are fantastic at preventing people from talking. Gags are so-so at muffling the sounds that people make. However, they are largely ineffective at stopping people from making noise of any kind and aren't very effective if the gagged person is screaming. No matter how well you prevent the sound from coming through a person's mouth, it will come through their nose. Even if you plug both completely (limiting play time to a few minutes), the sound will travel through the flesh surrounding the person's throat.

If you want to prevent your slave from being able to verbally communicate, stuff a gag in her mouth. If you want her to stay quiet, you'll have to use some method of behavior modification or put here in a sound-proof room.

What works best on me for silence is Leuko sports tape. Mefix fabric tape goes on first to protect my lips, then the Leuko but in vertical strips, from above the upper lip to well under the chin, almost to my neck. There's enough flex so I can swallow and not aspirate saliva if I'm on my back (I can't do that with a tight ballgag) and it holds tight enough so all I can do is mmmphhhh.
Also, instead of duct tape, equestrian stores carry a kind of rubberized stretch cling tape that holds to itself with no adhesive, the stuff I have is called True Flex cohesive elastic bandage. Reusable, doesn't shred skin or tear out hair when removing it. I've read that some people might have an allergy reaction to duct tape, so maybe this would work instead.

I know a slave that can take 9 inches down their throat and still talk through their nose between strokes. From what you say, it seems your slave's mouth isn't the only source of noise. Perhaps this is why panties & gags failed. All these panty and gag suggestions in the replies seem futile.

That's right on the money if you ask me. Gasmasks also muffle sound quite a bit too.

Is the point to keep the slave/sub quiet for the surrounding area, or just nosier that you like? Earplugs should work if it's the latter.

Hmm...aside from that, I can't really think of methods that haven't already been listed (well, can't think of non-permanent methods...).

Hello A answer to your Question, Take a pair panties and stuff in to the mouth. Then take something like a tie and from behind pull it nice and tight If its long enough you can wrap in around the mouth again and tie it from the back Then take some heavy duty tape and seccure it from the front.
