Make sure SHE knows this is your first time. It is perfectly natural to be nervous. Be up front and honest about what you are looking for, want you want, and what you do not want to happen. Try to be specific, SHE is not a mind reader. The first time with anyone, professional or not, will involve a bit of conversation. If you enjoy it and return again, both of you will learn what works for you.
Do NOT expect sex. This rarely happens in a professional situation.
