I'm like to suspend my woman from the joists in my basement. But neither of us are spring chickens, and she's kind of delicate. I'd like to suspension to last for more than a few minutes. Are there suspension cuffs that involve the whole forearm? Maybe that you can tighten up in several sections, like ice skates? It seems best to spread the load, rather than hang her entire weight from her wrists. 8O Abraham

No matter what you do most of the weight is going to pull on the wrists. If you tighten anything up on the forearm enough, it'll probably cut off the circulation. Some cuffs designed for suspension have handholds built in, might give that a try. Just grabbing the bar or whatever, the muscles will remain tense taking the weight off the joints. T^T
