Greetings Master Treiber,

May I ask if you mean Ko-ro-ba? I was unable to find any reference to a place called Ke-to-ra in the first book. John Norman is about to release book 30 any day now.

I wish you well,

joanne

Now I´ve created a website about gorean livestyle.

Not from my viewpoint. And, for the record, BDSM "only" where you state that slaves enjoying punishment is flat out wrong. That is so far from universal that it's laughable. Most of the slaves I know absolutely abhore punishment. It is NOT a desireable state to find oneself. Now, if you are talking about hanky-spanky let's have a party and have some fun, that's completely different. That's not what I term 'punishment' however.

There I present some of my photos and also write some words about Gor.

I like the photo work but I am biased towards black/white so take that with a grain of salt. If I were you, I'd leave off the online Gor stuff and stick with photo presentations then add in a few words not about Gor, but about how 'you' live it and if you want to relate to that aspects of Gor it would make for a more interesting website. As it stands, except for the photos which are lovely, the rest of it pretty much sucks, is antiquated, mundane, boring and has been done hundreds of times before and by much better designers who have some knowledge base of Gor.

However, as none-native-speaker, people sometimes say: my sentences-building sounds very german and also sometime I use wrong words cause of the different meaning in different contexts. Or some phrases are not really "happy". Is there anybody who can help me with this problem. As a newspaper-editor I know the force of written words, but sadly yet only in german words. Feel free to have a look at the website and give me feedback

My advice is to get rid of the words and stick with the pictures. If you must have words, go head and put them into German. There are translators galore on the web and you'll get a much cleaner context if you write in your language about stuff you actually know.. like yourself first and foremost. You don't seem to have much going on in the way of Gorean knowledge so if that's what the website was meant to do.. provide discussion about living Gor.. it's an epic fail in that regard.

I think you know what he meant.  Were you correcting him?

Greetings Master Mastiff,

I was indirectly correcting him and also hoping he might look at the book again.

I wish you well,

I know that it is Ko-ro-ba not Ketora. Don´t know where I had my head writing this. But sadly it´s not possible to change.

Greetings Master Treiber,

I apologise for stepping above my station and correcting you. It is neither my place nor the will or my owner that I do so. I am sorry for correcting you.

I wish you well,

joanne
