I have to agree with Peon. I havent experienced this chatting to women my age before. Most I have spoken too see this as a midlife crisis for the guy, and no reflection on them.

Dayum. I thought that this was going to be about Edward and Bella's relationship in Twilight. I mean, he is 110 and she is 17. Now THERE is an age difference.

Speaking as a woman, yeah more often than not I laugh because it's just so obvious and the guy looks like such an idiot.

I've got to say, what impresses me about the good bullshitter-'femdoms' is that they realise that just being cute isn't enough. They always have something impressive about their characters, too. A chess-master (mistress?). That's a new one. Credit where it's due!

Pfft thats nothing. She should try 3D star trek chess. Oh and I'm a master at sword play, and idiot speak, and I can juggle.....you should see me pay off the credit cards. And I wrestle bears, and hunt sharks(because I'm personally pissed at them now) and in my free time, like I have free time, I share my wisedom*smart ass remarkds depending on how you view them* with you luck folks.

p.s. those silly little girls can keep the old guys. I have more fun playing with the boys.

- 70° F

And I don't notice New Jersey anywhere on that list, do you? If not, then why did you bother to post it in relation to a discussion comparing winters in NJ to those in Canada? Perhaps because you are basically clueless?

New Jersey Stats
Canada Stats

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Older men, much younger women. (9/21/2011 9:55:20 PM)

Zephy dear, which one did you want video of? You do know I didn't mean I do them all at the same time...right.

*oh* and that one about the sharks. I only hunt them from boats now. I can't kick like I used to.

Not quite. I have spent winters on Cape May. It's fucking cold. I live in Maine. Winters are ridiculous here. So thanks for the typical clueless comment. Are those really necessary? It's not just cold in Canada sweetie, that was all I meant. It sure as hell isn't a brisk autumn, Maine or New Jersey. That's all. No need for the clueless comment.

HeatherMcLeather -> RE: Older men, much younger women. (9/22/2011 12:36:40 AM)

I never said anything about it only being cold in Canada, only that it was colder than New Jersey, which it is. And that I wouldn't consider the NJ winter to be much worse than a nippy fall day in Northern Ontario. What Maine has to do with any of it God only knows.

Your interjection of unrelated things like the temperature in Maine and a table of places that didn't include anywhere in New Jersey is the basis of the clueless comment. But in retrospect you are right, there really was no need to point it out to anybody.

As to your claims, according to the actual data, the average temperatures in Cape May are very mild, and by my standards they could in no way be considered cold, let alone fucking cold. Pretty much what would expect in a subtropical climate warmed by the Gulf Stream.

And as to Rockport's winters, well the average winter temperature here in Ottawa is less than in Rockport, and I consider the winters here to be pretty mild.

Now before you reply with another
bizarre post disputing what I didn't say with data unrelated to anything anybody said, think about that for a bit. A climate colder than your "ridiculous winter" is my "mild winter". What does that tell you?

DeviantlyD -> RE: Older men, much younger women. (9/22/2011 1:07:07 AM)

How did a thread about older men and younger women turn into the weather channel? *LOL*

One thing to be considered, when discussing cold, is that humid cold feels a helluva lot colder than dry cold.

And imho, anything below -20〫C feels the same. :D

I made a joke out of the OP's remark about needing three layers of clothing in the winter in NJ, which a couple Americans took as some sort of slight against the U.S.'s position as the most everything country on earth.

Endivius -> RE: Older men, much younger women. (9/22/2011 1:46:39 AM)

America is #1 in everything. It's on T.V. so it must be true. How dare you question day time television!

You shouldn't take any notice, Heather. Canadians have worked very hard to set up their country and keep it going, and that is to their credit.

We are also UNDEFEATED against the USA!  Yeah!  In the American history books?  It goes 1811 - 1813!

Well, I have to call bullshit on both of you.

Are you really going to try to tell me you haven't run into embittered older women who think they can attract guys half their age then get angry when they cannot?

While I don't dispute that there are women who look for men who are considerably younger than they are, it's been my observation that generally there are far more older men looking for women half their age than there are women looking for men half their age.

Being an embittered older woman, and having many friends who are also embittered old women, I gotta tell ya, I know of no one who would want to attract a younger guy.

In fact, I am bitter that you would even think that we would wanna do that.  ;o)

Well, I can't argue that in a lot of cases. When I was forty and went into some bars in CA. the women looked at me like they wanted to kill me. I was nearly their age. However... I smile... I like the men going for younger... because most of them have their head up their ass. lol Saves me the trouble of putting it there.

Proof of my point.

Browse the red profiles and see how many women are looking for younger men.

You would be surprised.
