There is a lot of great things written in the archives. Many people who are new will read those old posts. While this is not an official CM way of doing things, I have found it to be in line with the guidelines the Mods use, make comment on an old post by creating a new one. 1) Find the old post in the archive, and open it in a new tab or window. 2) Open a New Post in a tab or window. Now you have the old one and a new blank one open. 3) However you are comfortable you can quote or reference the old post in the new window. An example would be ModTwentyOne said in an old post: "Welcome to the CollarChat forum FAQ. This FAQ is designed to help you make the most of your experience on CollarMe/CollarChat. Please take a few minutes to read it and explore the links included. If you don’t find the answer to your question in this FAQ, please use the Search feature to look for past threads that might deal with your questions. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the TOS and Forum Guidelines before you post. " I think this is a nice introduction that was originally posted http://www.collarchat.com/m_3300928/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#3300928 You can use the special formatting tools and various other things once you get familiar with them, but just doing it this simply will allow old topics to be commented on, keep the mods from having to post warnings or clean up, and best of all it is something that likely needs new perspectives and comments anyway :). I hope this helps, and I know it is not just Gorean, but we have had a small rash of old posts being dredged up, so I decided to post it here. Live well, Orion
