I especially loved Mr Iron Bear's comparison of stormi to a kitten backed into a corner by larger cats and still she hisses, spits, claws and holds her ground ... I often felt like that when I was struggling to be a kajira. It seemed like anything I did, any action I took, anything I said offended someone and I was constantly explaining myself and defending myself and more often than not, the one who collared me.
With that said, stormi ... People are going to judge. Thats how people are ... Goreans even more so because rather than sugarcoat things, Goreans tend to lay it out exactly how they see it. I'm sorry that you feel like you have to defend your Master because I know thats a tough place to be. The more you try to stand your ground, the more other people accuse you of acting rude and disrespectful and next thing you know you've been told you're not really a slave.
Seriously though, what is a slave girl? An owned female. Regardless of how that slave girl acts or presents herself, she is still owned and is still therefore a slave girl. Unfortunately she's in a position where its almost impossible to 'act' like a 'perfect' slave. Her Master has chosen not to step forward and put his foot down and she's backed into a corner. I'm not defending her actions because I do think she was wrong to start this thread in the first place, however, I understand how she feels and I understand her position and I feel troubled that fellow Goreans can't seem to let this go and back off a bit and just let the girl chill out.
Her Master has told her to present herself the way she does. Why are you attacking the slave girl now? Yes, she was wrong to start this thread but I see the rest of you perpetuating it. So her Master may present him and his girl as players; why go after the slave girl? She does as she is commanded to do by the one who owns her. She has no other choice. To do anything less would be far worse than any disrespectful thing she could say to any of you.
Speaking as a former kajira who knows how it feels to be put in the position that stormi now finds herself in, please, stop ... If you have a problem with her signature, her attitude or how she presents herself then seek out her Master and take it up with him since he's the one who's having her do all this anyway.
As for you, stormi, I wish that you would stop as well. You started this thread for attention and now you've gotten it. Unfortunately its not the attention you wanted but every time you reply and, as Mr Iron Bear puts it, claw and hiss and spit, people are simply going to continue to judge you. Every time you read one of those posts, it hurts ... I know, because I've been here before. It hurts and all you want is to defend your Master and hold your ground and be the strong and faithful girl that you are but the odds are against you, honey and I don't like seeing anyone get this upset over online stuff.
