If you are 50 and have no idea what your body is, then you are in heap big shit. Get a mirror. Look in it. Count arms, legs, toes, fingers, ears, etc. That way you will have a complete inventory.

thnk you now i have a better understanding of the feet. did you ever notice how we are up right with all of our Most Sensitive Body Part exposed... throat, eyes, groin etc. our feet are the only senitive part grounded.
