Hiya, Mike. This forum actually is more geared toward to the male Dom/female sub dynamic. You'd likely find a crowd closer to your own dynamic in Ask a Mistress or Ask a Sub/Slave.

We're getting up to five inches of snow tonight. Trust me, a picture of you by a pool in a tropical clime doesn't come across as stupid. In fact, I'm green with envy.

I would suggest you google BDSM and the name of your city. Find the nearest munch, even better if it's a TNG, and go and make friends. Listen and learn. Read nonfiction books, attend workshops to become more knowledgeable in what appeals to you and what doesn't. Volunteer to be the demo bottom and try stuff in a safe and relaxed environment.

Also, Fetlife is another kink site & it has much better networking for finding events. Check it out, they have a LOT of regional and local groups that you can check into for networking re: local goings on.
