OP, I'm going to try to explain to you why this thread isn't going very well for you.
Cuckoldry is something of a niche kink. Way more males are interested in being cucks than there are women who want to own one. The ratio of female owners compared to those males who want to be property is already pretty slanted, so a kink that isn't that popular can be harder to find.
The woman in the scenario has to enjoy power and authority. That is the real crux of the set up. It's not the fact that the woman can have sex with other men. It's the imbalance of power that says she is the person who is in control over the sex lives of the people involved and uses that authority to dictate how the sexual practices will happen. It's that power that allows her add other kinks to the dynamic that may be of her pleasing (i.e., emotional sadism, denial, exhibitionism, humiliation, etc) if she so chooses.
That doesn't generally fit for a female slave. To begin, folks who identify as slaves don't want to be the person in control. Add a Master for her to the scenario and you may have a situation where the female isn't in a position of power because depending on their dynamic, he may be the person who makes the decisions about her sex life. Remove the authority and you remove the structure of the cuckold dynamic.
I want to say a quick word about Steven's post, too. He was good enough to make some inquiries to see if there were situations out there where your scenario could happen. It's important to point out that "adding a cuck" is NOT the same thing as being willing to add a male submissive to an established couple. The replies given sounded a lot more like 'open to poly' rather than 'open to cuckoldry'.
