There won't be one. Which may or may not mean anything; but I remain of the opinion that there is no need for a grand jury except as a way to cover the authorities from unlawful arrest charges while still allowing weak cases to move forward.

Apparently, this DA doesn't like to send things to the Grand Jury unless it's a Capital case.
